Today is my little brother's anniversary. Totally seems like yesterday that they got married. It was an awesome wedding and we had a great time! Joshua looked so handsome and Roz was absolutely stunning! It was great to have been a part of such a beautiful time in their lives.
Just this past weekend we went to my cousin's wedding here in GA. I took the kids with me, and sadly they did not have a good time. All they could compare it to was Uncle Josh and Aunt Roz's wedding. They remember more details about the wedding than I do. They loved the music, the food, the dancing, and hanging out with their family. They couldn't stop talking about the dance that Josh and Roz did to Footloose. I don't think any wedding is ever going to measure up to what Josh and Roz had.
Congratulations Josh and Roz on another year. I know life has not been easy for either of you, but I am so thankful that the Lord has blessed you with one another. You both are so special. The love you share for your families is something that we are all blessed by. The love that you share for eachother is always shown in your actions. It is a good sign when a couple tries to outgive one another, and you both try so hard to make the other happy.
I have always wanted Josh to have the best in his life. Our family was overproctective when it came to him, and we probably drove him crazy. What the Lord has given to Josh in Roz is more than we could've ever dreamed. Roz has loved Josh just the way he needs to be loved. She is the answer to prayer that my parents prayed over Joshua's life since the day he was born. Being married to Roz has allowed Josh to grow into more of a man and become a wonderful husband.
