This first wrestling matches of the season were everything we wanted them to be. Isaac pinned his first oponent in the 2nd period and his 2nd opponent in the 1st period. The videos are posted on youtube.

I have to say that I am also proud of how he won. There was no shouting or first pumps afterwards, he was truly a good sport. I told him that that is the same way he should act if he ever loses. He was good to work with the younger kids before their matches and was a co-captain for the match. I don't know if the coach has made a decision yet about the captain for the year.
We have another match tonight again and then we're off til December 1st which is a big match. December 1st we will face a kid who has been talking trash about Isaac, which is funny because we're not even in the same division and he had a chance to wrestle Isaac at a camp they both attended and backed out. Isaac really wants to beat him, but I told Isaac he doesn't have anything to lose because he is the one talking trash. The other kids has to win or he'll look like a dork. Then his other match of the night will be a kid from Heritage. Isaac won this kid by 1 point to make it to Sectionals last year so I'm sure he'll really want to beat Isaac this year.
Anyways, I'll have tonight's match up next week since I'm off work the rest of the week.
