I'm so proud of the kids. They both had honor roll all year long (no C's). Isaac got straight A's on his last report card and received the highest score on his math final. We decided to get the kids cellphones for their efforts and because with all the running around they are doing this summer I want to be able to get a hold of them at a moment's notice.
Mark already had a good plan so we added them to that with UNLIMITED TEXTING. Thank goodness! They are texting freaks. I don't know how they do it so fast. We are totally still working on the phone etiquette, but they are so happy to finally have cellphones. They are both the last of their friends to get one. I bet I could say it was their birthday present too and they wouldn't even care.
I do have to say that they are now communicating with Bruce and Brandon like crazy. They also like the fact that they can call their aunt and uncle anytime they want (this is where the etiquette comes in).
What did we ever do without cellphones? I know for me it means I came home without stopping at the store for a food request.
