It's almost here!

The first wrestling match of the season is tomorrow! I can't wait. Isaac will wrestle twice against Cedar Shoals and Lumpkin County.

We've been waiting for this season to start since last season ended 9 months ago. The state rankings just came out earlier this week and Isaac is wranked 6th in the state. We are very happy with this going into his junior year.

Since Isaac has been in wrestling he has never really had any mentors or older kids to help the little guys out, and he hated it. Now that he is an upperclassman he has taken on some kids to help out. One of the kids is a freshman named Dillon, but everyone calls him Elmo. He is super cute and he spent the entire last weekend with us. It is good for Isaac to pour into the younger kids and be the leader that he always wanted. Wreslte offs were Tuesday and Elmo made the varsity! We are so excited and anxious to get this season started. The team as a whole really has a chance to make state this year.
