Isaac won region this past Saturday and this picture shows how happy we both were. It was a really long weekend, but it was worth it. The team had 3 people in the finals and we have a total of 8 wreslters going to sectionals. Overall we finished 5th, but that is better than we did last year. This coming weekend we head to sectionals where Isaac will have a 1st seed. He will have to place top 8 to advance to state. We are taking it one day at a time and we believe he will not only advance state, but has a real shot at placing 1st at sectionals.On another note Isaac also received his first letter of interest the other day from Bucknell University in PA. He tore open the letter faster than you could imagine and he was so excited to actually be receiving a letter to possibly wrestle from a college coach. We know that he still has work to do, but this definitely helps to keep him motivated and to concentrate on his studies too! After receiving the letter he made a 99% on his Human Anatomy test and studied more than usual for another test over the weekend.
